Services

AEROCOAT is an SSPC certified industrial coating contractor providing the following specialist services:

  • Industrial Blasting — grit, shot, and garnet blasting for surface preparation to SA 2.5 and SA 3 finishes
  • Industrial Painting — airless spray application of protective coating systems with DFT verification
  • Thermal Spray — arc, flame, and HVOF metallising of zinc, aluminium, tungsten carbide, and ceramic coatings

All services are delivered by certified AEROCOAT personnel under documented QC procedures. Specific deliverables and scope are defined on a per-project basis in the signed quotation or contract.

03 / Section

Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations issued by AEROCOAT are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation to reserve capacity and initiate procurement of materials.
  • The balance 50% is payable upon project completion, prior to handover or despatch, unless staged payment terms are agreed in writing.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies, which will be charged at prevailing rates.

04 / Section

Project Timeline

Project timelines communicated at the quotation stage are estimates based on standard operating conditions. Formal project timelines begin only after the advance payment is received and all necessary project information, drawings, and site access are made available to AEROCOAT.

Delays caused by the client, site readiness, weather, or force majeure events are not within AEROCOAT's control and may result in revised completion dates. Any revised schedule will be communicated in writing.

05 / Section

Intellectual Property

All project photography, case studies, technical write-ups, and website content published by AEROCOAT — including images of completed work — are the exclusive property of AEROCOAT.

AEROCOAT reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and on this website, unless a written confidentiality agreement explicitly restricts such use. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

06 / Section

Limitation of Liability

AEROCOAT's liability in respect of any project is limited to the total contract value of that specific engagement. Under no circumstances shall AEROCOAT be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of production, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Coating warranties, where applicable, are provided in writing on a per-project basis and are subject to specified service conditions, inspection intervals, and maintenance requirements.

07 / Section

These Terms & Conditions, and any contract or engagement between AEROCOAT and the client, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
